July 18

Ohayou, Nomidachi!

How goes it?

We hope everyone is coping with the summer heat in the appropriate manner and, yes, we suggest some chilled premium sake.

In that vein, we are excited to announce that a group of summer release and namazake from importer Japan Prestige is making its Seattle debut. We’ve just received word from our distributor that these sake we ordered back in the beginning of the year have finally arrived and they are eagerly waiting to deliver to us.

Tasting notes (from the importer, since these sake are so new and rare that we have not had a chance to taste them) and prices follow below. Our allotment is only a couple dozen bottles of each variety, so please get in touch ASAP if you're interested in reserving some bottles.

Please keep in mind the
10% case discount will be in effect for orders of 6 or more bottles.

We haven't yet decided the order in which we will take delivery from the distributor, but your input/inquiries/orders will definitely help us to determine the schedule.

If you are interested and able to place your
order by this Saturday, July 22, we will have the first couple selections available for pick up in store on Tuesday, July 25.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions related to these or any other of our premium sake selections.

Thanks and Kanpai!
